Brief analysis and evaluation summary is shared with Investors. Interested investors are consulted on terms of investment.
Startups are apprised on investment process and a detailed term sheet is signed. Due diligence is initiated at this stage that generally takes 3-4 weeks.
Investors are called to send money and Shareholders Subscription Agreements are signed to conclude the process.
